John Cross, former City of Naples Planning Advisory Board Chair/Vice Chair, received the 2026 Sam Noe Award for his exemplary service.
Norman Coffman II, a Naples resident and longtime aviator, was awarded the FAA’s prestigious Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award.


Miles Collier, Revs Institute founder, was honored with the 2026 Distinguished Service Citation from the Automotive Hall of Fame.

Jack Hellmer founded UBYou, a mental health application/resource designed for university students to help relieve anxiety, during his sophomore year at Florida Gulf Coast University.
J.F. Scherer, former Executive Vice President and Chief Insurance Officer at Cincinnati Insurance Company, was appointed to Guadalupe Center’s Board of Trustees.


Rev. Dr. Mark Caldwell, Senior Pastor at North Naples Church, was appointed to Grace Place for Children & Families’ Board of Directors.




Debbi and Greg Butz (top left), Lily and Arsen Ustayev (top right) and George A. Wilson (bottom left) were recently added as Trustees to The Naples Children Foundation. Additionally, Jim and Carly Schwartzel (bottom right) were recognized as Honorary Trustees for their contributions and support of the organization for more than five years.

Chris Rozansky, Naples Airport Authority Executive Director, is Florida Airport Council’s Executive Committee’s secretary and also serves on the National Air Transportation Association’s Board of Directors and the American Association of Airport Executives’ General Aviation Committee.

Chavez, a medication technician, plans to continue his education to become a registered nurse (RN). Baron Crus, a dietary assistant, is working toward earning pilot flight hours at Orlando Flight School.

Dr. Arie Dosoretz, Managing Partner and CEO of Southwest Florida Proton and Advocate Radiation Oncology, has grown Advocate Radiation Oncology from a single cancer treatment center into a practice with 16 locations across the region.

José E. Detaille, CCM, joined Kensington Golf & Country Club as its new General Manager.
Dr. James H. Essell, a distinguished medical oncologist, hematologist, and blood and marrow transplant specialist, joined Naples Cancer Advisors, bringing more than 30 years of medical experience to the nonprofit.


Everett McElveen joined Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties as is Chief Executive Officer.
