Local high school students, who are also childhood cancer survivors, Akisha Fleuridor, Madelyne Guerro-Bravo and Rebeka Kilpatrick, were awarded Barbara’s Friends Scholarships by Lee Health. The scholarships are made possible through donations to Barbara’s Friends, Golisano Children’s Hospital Cancer Fund. This is the third year Lexington Country Club, a long-time supporter of Barbara’s Friends, donated one of the scholarships.
