Mary Osborn received the Boys and Girls Club of Collier County’s Giving is Living Award in recognition of her three decades of commitment and generosity which has transformed the lives of countless young individuals — in addition to her instrumental support of the Club’s Youth of the Year program.

Ann Hughes, Fostering Success CEO, was honored as a 2025 Florida Hero by Governor Ron DeSantis and First Lady Casey DeSantis — the only honoree from Collier County recognized among 62 heroes at the Florida Heroes Reception, which celebrated individuals who demonstrated exceptional commitment to serving their communities.

Toni Novack, Pelican Bay tennis professional, earned a prestigious gold ball and improved her world ranking with a winning performance at the recent National Masters Indoor Championship held in Racine, Wisconsin.
Dr. Nadine “Deanie” Singh, founder and CEO of Premier Mobile Health Services, has been honored by her alma mater, South University, with the 2025 Alumni Achievement Award in recognition of her outstanding professional accomplishments and dedicated service to her profession, community and the university.


Patti Byers, Senior Lending Officer and Senior Vice President at FineMark National Bank & Trust, has been appointed to Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples’ Board of Directors.

Kimberly A. Spiker, Esq. is the recipient of Legal Aid Service of Collier County’s 2025 Attorney of the Year award.


Dr. Lindsay Michelle Schofield, assistant professor and director of early childhood programs at Florida Gulf Coast University, has been welcomed to the New Horizons of Southwest Florida Board of Directors.

Dr. Saman Freedman has been appointed to Guadalupe Center’s Board of Trustees.

Diane Frisicaro has been elected president of The League Club.

Maryzoe Bowden, Ed.D. has been appointed to the Board of Directors for Pathways Early Education Center.

BCK Board Chair Sallie Williams presented Collier County Public Schools’ Superintendent Dr. Leslie Ricciardelli with a framed copy of the ”Cat in the Hat,” commemorating their long-standing partnership.
Dr. Leslie Ricciardelli, superintendent of Collier County Public Schools, was recognized by Books for Collier Kids for her continued support of the charity’s mission, including her recent appointment to its Advisory Board.
